Gear Teeth Cutting

Gear Hobbing

Gear Hobbing

We adopt CNC gear hobbing technology to efficiently machine cylindrical gears such as spur gears and helical gears through the continuous generating motion between the hob and the workpiece. This process features high productivity and excellent tooth profile stability, making it the preferred solution for batch production of small and medium module gears. It enables precise control over key parameters including pitch, tooth profile and helix angle, laying a solid foundation for subsequent finishing processes.

Gear Milling

Relying on CNC milling machines or dedicated gear milling equipment, we perform tooth-by-tooth cutting using disc cutters or end mills. This process offers high flexibility and is suitable for the production of large module, low tooth count and special structure gears (such as bevel gears and worm gears). It supports rapid adjustment of tooth profile parameters to meet various customized manufacturing requirements.

Gear Shaping

Gear Shaping

By utilizing the reciprocating motion of the gear shaper cutter and the continuous generating motion of the workpiece, we machine complex gears such as internal gears and cluster gears. This process is capable of manufacturing internal teeth and closely spaced cluster gears that are difficult to produce by hobbing, with high tooth surface accuracy. It is particularly suitable for precision transmission applications with strict requirements on helix deviation accuracy.
